
Assist people with disability to live in and have dominion over their own home;
Encourage, promote and support people with disability maintaining choice and control over their lives and living arrangements;
Support people with disability to be assisted into home ownership through shared home ownership arrangements;
Operate as and undertake the activities of a specialist disability accommodation provider;
Act as and advocate being a socially responsible landlord;
Collect funds and accept donations, bequests and devises of real and personal property for all or any of the Foundation’s objects;
Give advice and information on the provision of and with respect to securing suitable housing for people with disability;
Act as a trustee for a person with disability and their families or significant others, as required;
Assist with the administration of non-support funding on behalf of a person
with disability; and
Secure such services or to do such other things as are necessary to carry out the objects of the Foundation.
